I purchased this cd burner because it is the best out there right now. It is fast and very reliable. We're talking about burning a full cd in about 7 minutes. Now that is fast and this drive will not burn many coasters if any.

With this drive you also get a quality product. Most burners use plastic parts such as gears but with the Plexwriter 12/10/32 it is all metal which may cost more but it is worth owning an almost indestructable drive. This drive also has a new technology called Burn-proof which will allow you to do any task you wish on your cpu while burning a cd, NO MORE COASTERS.

That is a great feature if you ask me. This drive comes with Adaptec Easy Cd Creator and Audio Capture 2000. Even though this burner is expensive it is well worth the investment
