My husband and I started our long and tiring search for our PC. We looked and priced everywhere in the valley it seemed like. We finally decided to stop at the local Gateway store. We were VERY impressed by what we saw. The had many choices, and expierienced salesmen to help us decide. We wanted added features, and they worked with us, building one for the cheapest price. They got us an office version, with all of the at home upgrades, for cheaper than a home computer would be.
Another concern for us was the financing. Being young and just starting out, we didn't think that we would be able to purchase that day. They put us on a four month same as cash plan, and worked very hard at getting us approved. We got approved for all but $50.00 of our purchase price. They also gave us free shipping and handling, which basically they just let us put towards a printer upgrade.
Also our computer is very compatible and upgradable. In two years we can exchange it, and put the credit towards a newer model if we like.
