Very, very nice, with a cherry on top

Before I even begin to tell you about this card, I have to say this: do not buy it in a store. You'll be overpaying by about $50. Buy it online. Do some research, find your price, but it should cost you about $150.
This card is awesome. It does everything you want it to, and no wonder, considering it's got the TNT2 Ultra chip on it. I don't particularly go for the Diamond products (although I have about 4 of their cards in my system (a sound card, a modem, the video card, and I used to have a home networking kit which I took out). I don't like Diamond because all of their hardware products are so picky. You'll be very likely to run into driver and irq conflicts after installing a Diamond card. But if you do get it to run, it works very well and is very stable. What you'll need to do before you even think of installing this card is to download the latest motherboard and CMOS drivers for the computer, and also check the Diamond site for the latest drivers for the card, just to make sure. If you don't have the latest drivers, you may run into conflicts.
The card itself performs really nicely. It's fast, and because I've had other cards in my computer before, including a regular TNT2-based card, and a S4 Savage card, I can tell you this is the best for the price. The fan is a nice touch, except it's not quiet and rattles slightly when it runs. What I love about the card is that I can tweak it myself for every profile I can think of: graphics programs, games, other technical software, etc. The card installs its own control panel within the Display control panel, and it stores information about each program that you use. You can then go and choose the program you'd like to tweak it for, and play with the settings. It's great. In Quake II, the Open GL drivers work like a charm, and the texture level is unbelievable. I set the display size to 1600x1200 in Quake, and the card had no problems whatsoever running at that resolution with the highest graphical display settings I could tweak it to. I pushed this card as far as I could, and it never even faltered. I love it.
