I did a lot of research into ISPs before making my decision. I heard
nothing but positives about Mindspring. I liked their anti-AOL tinge
about caring for their customers and consumers raved about their
customer service.
After signing up, the tech staff was excellent in dealing with my
problems and all questions I had. The connections were great,
no problems what so ever.
BUT! Soon after the merge with Earthlink, trouble in Paradise my
friends! Connections are terrible! I am disconnected EVERY
SINGLE TIME I'm online. Not only once but usually 2-4 times per
connection.
This happens all times of the day 11 AM, 2PM, 4AM. It doesn't matter
what time of day. I have used their online support,email and a few
phone calls NADA! I will be soon changing when my DSL gets here.
