I Have a Lemon

Like my title says Gateway sold me a lemon. I have had just as much down time in the two years as useable time. My power pack went out twice just a few month after I received the system. It took 2 weeks each time for the replacement part to get here.The motherboard went haywire and one of the ports didn't work. Then my monitor went out. They send refurbished parts out so that took 4 monitors (5 days each time)to find one that worked properly. Recently my hard drive shorted out. After 4 hrs. with technical support they said I should send it to a Gateway Country Store.Apparently this happens all the time because they had another computer in that had done the same thing.That's a week there. Now my Gateway freezes up constantly. I have another 4 page questionnaire to fill out for technical support.I have tried to get them to replace this lemon but no dice. If you are thinking of buying a Gateway -BUYER BEWARE!!
