Desktops vs. Laptops

Last year when I purchased my Dell Dimesion xps333 desktop computer, I thought I had made the right decision for the appropriate price. Looking back, I don't agree with my decision. There is nothing wrong with my Dell product, in fact I'd buy a Dell next time for sure, but a laptop would have been more suitabel for me. I should have spent the extra hundred or so dollars to get a laptop instead of a bulky desktop. My monitor takes up almost my entire desk. Also having the tower takes up space as well. A laptop would be sufficient for all my computer needs, and in the process would take up very little of my desk. The screens these days are just as clear. Also being able to take my computer with me to the library or wherever would have been a huge benefit. In summary, think twice about buying a bulky desktop, for you might be stuck with a big investment once you have realized how good laptops really are.
