Ok but HEAVY box. Much better than average battery life, but comes at cost of weight of unit. Been using Latitudes since CP. medium to high price, average to poor support solo, but great with corporate agreements, slower than some laptops and ALL desktops at equivalent Mhz/RAM, little things like pixels and latches break often, but darn thing keeps on chugging. Even wine spills can be "fixed" with water spills (unplug it first). Corporate buyers beware: Dell charges you more than they do regular retail customers and give you older models. This is an ok laptop, I would save my money and get a better one
