Good PC & Good Customer Service

After searching the Computer Shopper magazine, we came across the Cybermax ad. The price was cometitive and they had what we needed in a pc. That was three years ago. Looking at their most recent ads, they seem to have grown. Cybermax advertised a pc for just about every niche in the computer market.
As for the specs of our pc, there's no sense in listing the details, because at this point, it's outdated. However, we received the computer very quickly and it came with adequate instructions. It was easy to set up and easy to install the software.
After loading the software, connecting the hardware and turning the pc on, the monitor blew up! We immediately called Cybermax customer service. They sent a top of the line monitor to replace our lower quality model. That is the last problem we experienced with our Cybermax pc.
We have been so pleased with or current model that when we're ready we will most likely buy from then again - unless we find a significantly lower price elsewhere.
