Why does Gateway worry so much about their support when they could worry about making their computers so you wouldn't need help? I just bought a Gateway Solo used and chatted with support to get some facts on it. They are great people....They "Rule." I am happy with the support I received, it was very helpful. But one thing I noticed as I read reviews was everyone has had to use support at one time or another. Why can't Gateway computers be great? Not their support. Honestly, I would prefer a good computer over good computer support. Everyone says, "Oh, Gateway support is great. They are very helpful!" I agree. But shouldn't it be,"Gateway computers are so nice, I never had to call for help!" My point made?
