It is difficult to put one's trust in the quality of any Microsoft products when so little attention seems to be given by the company to keeping NetMeeting up and running? It appears to me that NetMeeting is DOWN 85% to 90% of the time. Surely your staff members can supervise NetMeeting better than they do. It should be checked daily. One day it is up and running and stays that way for several days, then suddenly, it is impossible to use it. One wastes a great amount of time trying to pull it in each day, hoping above all hopes that TODAY is the day that it is available for use. Please remedy this situation.
