Webhelp could be a misleading name, see it implies they will help you, when in actuality they not only don't, but are often rude. I have visited their site often, to give it time to redeem itself, but it insists on turning me away.

I have now requested 20 searches which I don't consider difficult, they include lyrics for songs, movie show times, and several other fairly simple subjects, the results? Well of those 20 searches exactly 5 found what I was looking for. 5 out of 20, that's not such a great average, especially when you consider they want you to PAY for their service, but you don't have to, so why would you?

Consider this service like a... oh I don't know, like a good sandwich made with vegie-meat, it looks good, sounds good, smells good, but when you taste it, it just isn't the right choice, in fact it makes me for one vomit. The point is that this site will give you NOTHING that you can not get from about.com, or webcrawler.com, or any other search engine out there, quicker and cheaper.

Summery: What the hell is the point in paying for something that you can get for free at a web search engine? I don't see the point.
