Best of the Burgh for response time and customer service

Pros: Local access numbers, great customer service

I recently switched to Telerama, and I am having a wonderful experience so far. Telerama's customer service people have been very helpful and patient and overall lovely to work with, as I try to work with my rather slighted knowledge of hardware configuration. The 56k speed is true 56k, and there are very few busy signals, and then only during office hours. And living out in the suburbs doesn't hamper their calling area a bit: I have a local number right nearby and don't pay any extra calling fees to call outside my area code. I don't regret switching a bit and have recommended Telerama to all of my friends and officemates.
