The card seems to be doing fine most of the time. It shows as an unknown device when I use netmeeting though. I have reinstalled drivers and "liveware 3.0", 28 meg download over the internet. I think updates should be easier to get and perform. An automatic update notification would also be nice. I would only recommend this card to a friend if he was fairly savvy with computers. I am happy with its performance when it is working properly. The environmental audio presets are a good idea, it would be nice if the included more game titles, Quake 3 Arena perhaps. When looking for support at the creative site, I used the email support. They promised an answer within a few days and delivered what they thought would be the most logical fix. Unfortunately it involved manually deleting a lot of drivers. If it is possible, it would be nice if a simple uninstall program would remove them all. Or maybe a driver install program to take care of unwanted driver files.
