Small area ISP with big city support

The Office, also known as The Office Net, is an ISP operating in northeastern Washington, with two offices in Stevens County. The first location is in a small town north of Spokane, known for its incredible skiing, Chewelah, Washington. They have recently opened a second location further north in Colville, Washington.
The great thing about The Office Net is the local dial-up even in some pretty remote areas. They have expanded their phone area to include several prefixes, giving professional Internet access to two counties near the Canadian border.
A real plus with these people is their incredible customer service. They offer free service to their clients for anything related to keeping them on the Internet. I had gotten a bad download, which scrambled my files, and made access to Windows impossible for me (being a computer novice at the time), and they spent quite a few hours getting my system back to working order, and getting my IE software back up - including upgrading the service - for absolutely free! This is the way they do business.
They are very customer oriented. You can reach support staff around the clock, and in doing an informal, unscientific survey with other customers, there was not one statement of a bad attitude, or inferior service.
As for price, it is very competitive. At only $18.00 per month, they are a better value than any of the other ISPs in this area (according to my sampling). Every customer is allowed up to 200 on-line, active hours per month for this price, and they are willing to work out similar money saving arrangements for those who need to be on over 200 hours consistently. I have been with them two years now, and only had one very brief period where the system was down, and that was for an upgrade of services.
They are always seeking to improve customer service, and have recently added a pay on-line feature which works wonderfully.
If you live within their service area, I strongly recommend you check them out. Talk to them, and see if they aren't as I've described them. I have not found one person at the time of this writing, who has a negative thing to say about The Office Net.
