Sure Beats the Modem

last summer I finally decided to do away with the old modem and upgrade to a cable modem. I will tell you that this is the best decision that I have made. I run a small business from my home and without my cable modem I could not send and receive files for my business as I needed. Downloading is ten times as fast and you don't have to wait forever for a page to load up. I am a huge fan of downloading music files and made this so much easier, faster, and download multiple items at the same time. Since I live in Connecticut it was easiest to sign up for Optimum Online than any other service. I think that if you are thinking to buy a cable modem you should absolutely buy one. If Optimum Online is not offered in your area any high speed internet service will be a large step up from the 56k modem. I haven't had a problem with this service yet!!
