I do not reccommend this site at all. On several occasion they have deleted my account that I had. Causing alot of wasted upload time. Of course, if your account is deleted, you loose your email as well and even with the least reliable web based email sites, you can at least access your messages some time after the server is back up. With xoom, you will never be able to get your email because they delete your account. I guess if you are really careful not to infringe on their Terms of Service, you will be ok, but even if you put 1 mp3 on your site even if there isn't a link on your main page, they will delete your account in an instant.
