I have been using Galaxy Internet for about one year. I have two accounts for different computers in my home.
The cost, about 10 dollars a month, is very low. In the beginning, I had problems connecting, but a short phone call to Customer Support solved that problem.
Still, I occasionally am unable to connect for short periods of time, but such problems are relatively few, and for the price I pay, it is worth it. I don't get disconnected while I am online, and in my year of using the service, I have only gotten a busy signal one time.
The service on another computer in my home, however, is worse. My other account is difficult to connect to and the password is never saved - it must always be retyped. I don't know why this happens for one Galaxy account and not the other, but typing in the password is really not such a difficult thing to do.
In general, I would recommend Galaxy. The one time I had to call customer service, the man who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a simple, cheap ISP, Galaxy is for you.
