I HATE optimum Online.....

Ok here goes.. I had @Home for 2 years, it was running through Optimum Onlines cables. I got download speeds of about 1.2 megaBYTES per second... INSANE to say the least. Unfortunatelly, Optimum Online stopped supporting the service, and strictly supported Optimum Online (their service), which gave speeds hovering around 400k/second, not too shaby either. I switched to Opimum 6 months ago, since then have experienced bad packet loose, and constant downtimes. I live in a 3 year old neighborhood so all the wiring is new. I've called them non stop and had about 20 tech reps out here so far, and noone has fixed my problem. I have over $300 of credit that they have given me so far (stupid idiots credit me more money than ive spent). I live in a 30 house neighborhood, and everyone has the same problem as me, and Optimum Online still insists its not an area problem. Anyways, 6 months later, Im here, my cable has been down for the past week, not up once! Cablevision claims that the problem lies in my house, despite everyone on my node sharing the same problem. I have called Optimum Online over 100 times within the last month, with nothing done. Ive seen all the positive reviews for Optimum Online, and naturally it makes me more upset that Im one of few. Hey if you get it, most likely you wont have any problems, but if you do... you wont be a happy camper. if you want any more info on this contact me @ dexterism@Yahoo.com
