After using AOL for 6 years...I finally got up the nerve to make the switch! I have not been disappointed! Mindspring is everything I had heard it would be. The recommendations I received from family members and friends were "right on the money". Mindspring.com has the best customer service ever! They are available 24/7 and can correct problems in a snap! They even have an online help forum with real people that give instant answers to problems. Right now Mindspring has some free offers that are worth checking into. I received a free Alaris camera that hooks right into a USB port and I can now see my friends while I chat online! I am a new user of Mindspring, but from what I have experienced so far...it is well worth the 19.95/month for unlimited access!! Bye bye AOL....I am in love!
