Ever since the outdating of my 300 mhz desktop, I have desired a new, faster computer. I either wanted a really fast desktop or a top of the line laptop. My mom and I were pulling for the latter.
We got what we wanted and a few weeks later my 500 MHZ Pentium 3 Dell Inspiron 3700 arrived. Before i agreed to buy the Dell I researched all laptops from IBM to Winbook. When the package containing my laptop arrived i was very surprised to see a Dell laptop carrying case in it worth $99 that i did not pay for.
I found that, although the Dell was a little expensive, it offered great tech support and over all the best product available. Because my dad worked at First Union we were able to buy more extras for a smaller price. This laptop is really fast and takes little time to load programs and rarely freezes up.
Dell dropped everything they were doing to care for my only problem and even came out to my house and solved the minute problem. I ordered all sorts of extras and all of them work perfectly. The only thing that i do not like about the Dell Inspiron 3700 is that you have to switch out the DVD player with the 3.5 floppy drive.
I would recommend this product to anyone from a teenager going to college to a busy business executive with no time or patience.
