I have recently purchased my gateway 2 months ago to be exact and have now had a change of heart in part of the merchandise they sell, The tower itself is great but the monitor that came with it well that is another story, I had it blow up on me this morning and right awy I called technical support, which my gripes aint too much just I don't like buying something and then it tears up on you. He quickly accessed the situation and assured me that there wasd a new monitor on it's way. But still they need to double check the euipment before they ship it to their customers, I still like them but some of the merchandise seems to be faulty at times.
