Cons: All information is listed in five languages, install directions will be complicated for someone without install experience.

My husband purchased my Dell online. I think the purchase price was close to 3,000, I haven't been able to pin point him down on that one. My Christmas present 1999, it is great. I have everything from big monitor screen, CD burner to a fax machine.
It was installed by my husband, have someone come and do it. He is good with this kind of stuff but, not neat about it and you always wonder if everything is connected right even if you have the directions. I could not follow the directions to save my live.
The Dell has a Dell man that walks you through each step of operating your computer.
Even if you have only beginners experience or just training on the computer I feel you can operate the Dell by following the directions from the little Dell man.
I went through each program just to make sure I was up-to-date. Some of it was boring but its better to be positive about your personal computer than to guess.
I have not had one problem with my Dell and if I do, there a numbers to call and internet access for help.
Dell will install any software you want, and all software is shipped with the computer. I will never run out of memory or so my husbands says.
You are also provided all important safety instructions in plain English.
Dellnet offers a 400 dollar rebate if using the 3 year Internet Service Plan.
There is a 3 year limited warranty, subjected to limitations and directions how to receive them.
It is a good investment for at home business or anyone who loves the computer.
I would recommend this product to all who use a computer.
I may be a little spoiled now but I am worth it.
