Wow! Where do I start. I went to Mindspring after using a small local ISP from where I live in a rural area. Being relatively new to the world of the internet, I needed alot of help. Their technical support was over the top, they really took the time and the patience to help a new person like me and gave alot of information to make my internet experience the best it could be. They also gave us the option to not use a credit card for billing which I like, because I never know how much is going to be in there. Other people have stated they paid 19.95, but when I signed up it had gone up to 29.95, which was a little high. But , they never have disconnects and their tech support is out of this world. Just like the commercials say, they really seem to care about their customers. I have lots of experience in customer service and public relations and they are by far the best that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I did a bad thing and switched from them to Earthlink,just to get a free web cam. But as soon as the three month required period is up I plan to go back to them and stay. It is worth the extra money to have such excellent service.
