I am an onsite service provider for Dell and I like working on them. Dell computers are of the highest quality and have some of the best service in the industry. Their computer are built to the highest standards. They are designed to be easily upgraded and the components used from the manufacturer are all high quality components. Dell service is very informative and helpful and will to all they can to get a computer working as soon as possible. Another great thing is the great turn-around time getting a computer fixed if something does break. Problems are usually fixed within 48 hours of being reported. Dell computers do tend to be a little bit higher than the rest of the industry. But, like the old saying says, you get what you pay for. By paying a little more you are guaranteed service and quality.
