I bought this computer to replace my 5 year old 6200CD. Boy is it fast! 128 Megabytes of RAM, 10 gigabyte hard drive, 400 MHz processor, the only thing better would be 450MHZ! I can do so much at one time. I can have three or four or more programs open at once without a problem. I think this is great for the college student or anyone interested in designing. The Macintosh is perfect for graphic design. I choose this product because I needed a new Macintosh and I needed a machine that could handle the graphics programs I used. I needed something fast and reliable. It hasn't crashed as a whole computer. Yes, some programs have crashed, but nothing serious. Nothing that couldn't be fixed. I just bought the CPU with a CD-ROM. I wish I had gotten the internal zip. I didn't mainly because I had an external one, but I could really use an internal one. I highly recommend this product. Its reliable, easy to get into and you can add lots more than what it came with.
