I bought this card to give my new system better sound than my old SB 16 pci, and it really gave SOUND!
Its a pretty cheap card compared to the other pro cards like the SB Live!, but this card is really a kicker in playing MP3's, playing games and all other stuff you'd expect from a budget card!
It makes crystal clear, power bass sound with my Philips MMS240 speakers, and I really like this card, even if it cant be compared with the big daddy cards (Live! etc)
Did I also tell you I so far have not detected any compatibility problems with any games/software?
