Firetalk is amazing. My husband loves it not really for the chat purpose but to chat with people that would normally be long distance and cost lots to gab. I have many relatives that are long distance and I can't afford long distance to catch up.

Instant Messaging is great but typing can be tiring and you don't get the voice and inflection that a phone or microphone can give.

It is easy to set up and download and most of all, it is FREE. Now, my children can talk to their cousins without running up a phone bill. Check it out at WWW.Firetalk.Com.

Be aware, however, that the persons you want to talk to also have to have firetalk on the computers with a microphone. I would highly recommend to anyone, for all purposes of communication--whatever your needs.
