Great Computer!

We bought our Gateway computer almost 3 years ago, and I can't recommend them enough! We have always had prompt, helpful service when we have called customer service. In fact, we have only needed to call them about 4 times (2 in the first week, but that's because we had questions, no real problems). In fact, we are in the market to buy a new computer (ours is a 200 mHz Pentium, top of the line at the time but now....) and we are going through Gateway. My mother also has a Gateway and just purchased her second computer from them. We are very happy with the service, the quality of the computer, software, everything. We have had no problems hooking up our printer (Epson) and our scanner (Mustek), and they have even walked us through some software problems that did not come with the system. The shipping of the computer was prompt, and the instructions for hook-up were in laymans terms and very easy. All of your software is already installed for you, very nice for the first-time computer buyer. They have two thumbs up from us!
