I bought this laptop for law school a little over a year ago, and though it was much costlier then competitors, I thought it would be worthwhile - in the meantime... since buying i have had it in repair 7 times, the staff does not keep records of repairs nor do they follow up on complaints, my laptop is now out of warranty, broken once again, and ibm will not help me in this matter
anyone want to buy a 2000 dollar piece of useless machinery??? i have never seen such poor customer care in my life and will never spend money on ibm products again
