Pros: Excellent and easy to use online build your own ordering system. Online build your own ensures all items are compatible and will prompt user when there is a conflict.
Cons: After 10 days, when I logged on to check the progress (or lack of) of my computer on line, the item was still in the processing stage (step 1) with a notice to contact my sales representative (who greeted me with an e-mail the first day of my order). She

New Dell Dimension XPS T650r, 256 Mb Ram, 20 G hard drive, 32 Mb Video, DVD, CD-RW, 56K V90 modem, Microsoft Elite Pro Keyboard and 19" monitor. Excellent product. Other hardware supported by the computer are an Epson Stylus Color 900 printer (USB), UMAX 2200 (USB) scanner, and Olympus C-2500L digital camera software support. Computer is used mainly to support work at home (e.g., bringing work home, church newsletters, flyers, 7th grade, 12th grade and college senior school projects and homework, photo albums, soccer booster club activities, etc.) with a lot of web surfing. Replaced an 8 year old ZEOS (now Micron) 386SX computer - still works thought! Supplements a WINBOOK 333MHz, 64 Mb Ram, notebook, and Compaq 133MHz, 16 Mb Ram, notebook.
