best free POP3 and webmail email service. 10Mb space!

Pros:interface, availability of email addresses, POP3, rules, automatic forwarding and replying, 10Mb account space
Cons:occasional server down time
I discovered Operamail ages ago, and have stuck with them ever since.
The first thing that appealed to me was that being less popular than hotmail and yahoo, the email names I wanted were available without having to stick multiple underscores and meaningless numbers everywhere.
There web interface is pretty and functional, but most of all, they support POP3 downloading (even if they say they don't). You just have to enter www.operamail.com as your mail server.
They offer 10Mb of storage space, and that is also the maximum (!) size for attachments you can receive (providing your account has the necessary space). There is also a "rules" feature that allows you to direct emails to different folders, or auto-reply to certain others.
The only drawback I have come to until now is that their servers seem to go down every now and then. It doesn't happen very often, and the worst I have been through (once!) lasted 48 hours. Usually, a couple of hours' patience later, you can access your email again.
Operamail is a great free service. I can only recommend it.
