Pros: starts out good, may stay that way for some

I used Netzero for a while when I first got my computer, and did not have any problems with it, except for a slow connection.
Eventually I decided to try out some other ISP's, and did not use Netzero for a while.
After trying AOL, MSN, and Mindspring and not being happy with any of them, I went back to Netzero, and was really happy with the service, allot more happy then I was the first time around.
Well here's the catch, after being online for several weeks they sent me this member profile that had to be filled out, which I had kinda wondered why it had taken me so long to get the thing to begin with. So, I filled it out, and apparently it was not to Netzero's liking (after I filled it out I received no error messages or anything, so I thought all was fine and dandy).
Well, next time I went to log on, I could not log on AT ALL, it was telling me invalid password, and would not stop telling me that.
So, if I did not fill out the profile thing to their liking-which is all I could think that it was since I had never had any problems before that, why would they not let me log on and correct it, or at the very least let me know what the heck I did wrong not just keep me from logging on all together! That is really stupid.
I had no way to find out what was wrong-so I erased Netzero out of my system all together after that. I am just sick of all the b.s. with all these ISP's period! And I did not want to deal with their little games.
I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem after filling out their profile, and if they found out why?
