Purchased my Dell several months ago and its' been running flawlessly.
Had Dell upgrade the hard drive to 25 gigs so I don't have to worry about running out of disk space for a long time, if ever. Have never had a need to contact Dell CS, so I can't comment on that. I've been using a Dell for business for a few years and it's reliability sold me. May be a little pricey, but worth the extra bucks.
Am on line via cable which really has it screaming.
Only thing I'd like to see is a USB hub come packaged with the computer; with a USB scanner and USB printer already attached I have to go out and buy a hub to accomodate a digital camera.
