I can tell you a lot about Internet Service Providers (ISP). I am not fickle but have tried them all...well maybe not all. Certain one's like to keep you corralled in their little world, AOL comes to mind. Others are variation of the same scheme. All vary in price to free, and the services they offer. One has to be comfortable with the service no matter what the fringe benefits.

I don't remember how Liberty Bay came about. Probably pricing. It down loaded like a charm and has run beautifully ever since. I have used it for about 6 months and don't have any intentions of changing anytime soon. There have been not billing problems and speeds have been higher than with any other ISP that I have used. All for $8.95 per month.

I prefer to pay for ISP because downloading is easier. If I want to run a banner I can choose from many and easily pay for the ISP.

I strongly recommend Liberty Bay to all.
