We decided it was time to move on to bigger and faster things. We really didn't research any of the other computer company's out there, just went ahead and bought a gateway. We really never heard anything bad about them. We are very pleased with our new computer and the speed compared to our old 133 Mhz, 1.3 Gb is beyond compare! We are also very pleased with the Boston Accoustic speakers. They sound really good. The only thing we're not 100% pleased with is customer support. We were on hold for about 35 minutes trying to straighten out a problem with our shipment. (They forgot to include our CDRW and printer) My poor husband was transferred over a dozen times and no one seemed to be able to help him. Finally our problem was solved, maybe it had something to do with my husband's tone of voice....he was a little bit frustrated after being on hold and transferred a zillion times. Maybe the lines were so busy because of the time of year since we bought our computer right before Christmas. Look at me making excuses! I must love this machine! Overall though, we really are satisfied!
