| Sham's Full Review: Dell Inspiron 7500 A433LT |
An excellent machine! I am coming from a desktop perspective and have been looking for a while. And since I come from a desktop environment and my current desktop is a PIII 500 with 128 MB memory, extra large hard drive, I wanted something of comparable strength. This is it!
The screen size is a definite plus, although the choices of laptops is slim when it comes to comparable screen sizes, I did not let that sway my choice. The decision was solely based on hardware, quality and lastly, features; all in that order.
So far so good. I shall revisit this review in a month for an update.
Stay tuned!
Update as of Oct 25,2000.
Still a fast machine, reliable and long battery life.
No major problems but one chronic problem which still exists; shut down problems.
This is not major but can't seem to find a solution to this. Apart from this, Dell's support website is great, letting me know what updates are available for my laptop and OS.
I like it and will probably have it for a couple more years until the next best thing comes along.
Can't go wrong with this one!
