I bought a dell computer because dell is known to be a good computer system. The computer is very nice looking, has a lot of power and very upgradable. I paid about 1,500 for the system. The computer is very fast and runs very smooth with no problem that I known off. The graphics for thecomputer are the best I ever had. The sound system sounds like your at the movies. The speakers are Altec Lansing ACS-340 Speakers with Subwoofers. They threw in a free Dvd player with the package deal, a special at the time for buying the computer. I also added a 32mb, Nvidia geforce graphics card, which is unbeleaveable. The monitor is 17 inches and is really nice. The computer is well worth the money compare to any other computer i had in the past. I really can't tell you of a other computer to buy and be able to compare it to dell.
