I recently went on the wonderful mission of finding a new computer. I decided to check out the internet and research different products before I made my final purchase. I ended up at Dell's website and read up all I could on what was new. After checking out other sites, I returned to Dell's and made my final decision. Two weeks later, I received my computer. The big test was about to unfold. If I could plug it in and turn it on without any problems (which has been my previous experience, twice) it had past that test. Everything went without a hitch. I plugged it in and everything was the way I wanted it. The other test was my games. It passed again! I am also happy with their warrantee and their one year onsite (they come to you) warrantee. Overall? I highly recommend Dell to the novice and advanced.
