We all know that no one can live without email, right!

My place of employment recently changed from a previous email system (I will not mention any names!) to Quickmail. I at first, probably like most people, was not thrilled to hear we would have to learn a new email software! After all, we had used the old system just fine for years. I protested of course!! I have to admit.....I was wrong.

Our old system was a free and almost featureless software. QuickMail really floored me with all of its capabilities. And I am not talking about the functions that most all mail systems offer....like address books. One of my favorite features is that I can leave my mail on the server. This is really great considering I do work at home and have often arrived home and wished I had remembered the wording of an email back at the office.

Other things I like!!!!

Another nice feature is the shared mailboxes which allow us to send 'general' messages to a single email account rather than all several hundred users in my agency.

Although maybe not a new feature to some of you, I love the ease of use interface. If I need to attach a document, I simply drag it onto my newly created message.

And finally, I love the forms capabilities. We use several 'made up' forms for communicating with other agencies and have now placed them in our QuickMail system. I love simply selecting a form from a forms list and filling in the blanks!

If you are not comparing QuickMail with all the 'freebie' mail programs out there, you can count on QuickMail for serving most of your needs.
