Pros: set-up connections are color coded. Step by step online help.
Cons: I would have liked to have a second bay for another CD-ROM. The "dellmail" system is not always available due to constant upgrading.

| jazzskater's Full Review: Dell Dimension L667 |
I am a long time PC user and first time buyer. Purchasing the Dell Dimension L667 took out all the "fear of the unknown." I was concerned about the overall price but with enough power. The friendly and knowledgeably representative guided me through customizing the desktop. He didn't try to sell me the latest promotional deals or try to add on frills that didn't interest me. His suggestions for upgrading other features such as the hard drive, and service warranty were helpful for me making an informed decision for my needs and not get sidetracked with features I did not need at this time, such as digital camera, and newest game technology. I wanted an affordable desktop, but I wanted a decent hard drive,RAM,decent size monitor (17"),and a couple of bells and whistle so I could also have some fun. This particular offer came with a free Epson 740 printer. It works just fine.
The set up was quick and easy. They include in the set-up manual a big chart guiding you through opening the box to getting online. I highly recommend Dell Dimension Series to beginners and serious computers users.
