Lexmark, when I got it, I thought it WAS a good printer, but this week, I realized that it is nothing but a pain. IT is causing trouble a lot of the times for me. Everyday I have to talk to the support and Wait AT LEAST 20 minutes on hold. After the tech support can't do anything, The managers say they will call me back in a minute, and it takes 48 hours! Lexmark, is the only printer that I have problems with, and I have to talk to the tech support everyday. I used 100’s of printer, and all of them been working fine, except Lexmark. The Tech said it is “ELECTRONICAL TECHNICAL FAILURE” with my printer. It’s their fault, but they will not fix it, since their computer shows the wrong dates. Well, Just an advice, not to get a Lexmark, and you will not have any problems.
