I got Encarta with my computer. I didn't discover how wonderful it was until I forgot about an assignment and remembered at about 10:00 that night. I walked over to my computer and had a set of encyclopedia's worth of information at my fingertips. It was great. The multimedia on this thing's astounding. Sound clips for almost any search match, and maps of anywhere in the world!
Encarta's such a wonderful tool when it comes to not wanting to go to the library. It eliminates the wasted space of an entire encyclopedia set- all on one disk! It's a blessing and I have no complaints!
