I have had so many Dells because the Network Managager likes me, and he keeps upgrading my computer. When he gets a batch of new ones, he replaces mine with a new one, and gives someone else my hand-me-down. They are not being replaced for problems. :)

My company made the choice to go with Dell too. And, the service (what our in-house people can't handle) has been excellent. I personally am on my 3rd and 4th Dell here. My laptop has gone through tons of abuse -- dropped countless times, tea spilled on the keyboard, etc. and Dell has managed to bail me out each time.
