Microsoft has gone through many changes in its chatroom format with the avowed intention of making it better. They have never improved the operation of it, only the look. Cosmetics cannot hide the flaws in it. Extremely ponderous and slow..Takes forever to get into a room and frankly few of them merit entering anyway. The earlier formats were not as pleasing to the eye but worked a lot better. Either the comic strip format has been removed or has become too difficult to find..Too bad since it let you have time to read a message before the next whizzed on and by...
