This is one of the best monitors I have ever used. It uses a samsung tube with Dynaflat technology to maintain an almost perfectly flat tube face wich reduces glare. It has .25mm dot pitch and a maximum resolution on 1600x1200. Text is dark and crisp while whites are bright. Photographs appear very well saturated on this monitor and contain no artifacts. No banding, ghosting, or moire is apparent either. The onscreen controls take some getting use to but after a few minute the become very intuitive. This monitor uses a apeture grill to produce its picture, eliminating the two wires apparent on all Trinitron displays. Overall this is the best monitor I have seen anywhere an any computer, except for the Apple Studio Display.
