I stumble upon a nice website, on this nice website I find a nice-looking banner ad for a program that apparently pays you to read emails, and is free to join, and so I click on this nice link. I am taken to a nice website that informs me I can get paid 5 cents for every email I receive from them. Sounds nice, so I sign up (since it's free) only to discover within a few days that sendmoreinfo is NOT SO NICE!
What's wrong with it, you might ask?
Well, put simply, their program is misleading. Sure, they credit your account with 5 cents for every email you receive from them, but they fail to mention just how many emails you will receive each day. In fact, on their website, they say the following:
"First we pay you 5 cents for every email you receive from SendMoreInfo.com. That means if you are receiving 20 emails a day, you will earn a $1.00 a day. "
That gives the reader the impression that they will be getting 20 emails each day, or at least half of that, resulting in a little money each month for reading a few emails.
The truth is anything but that. Within 24 hours of joining, I received 11 emails! I was glad to see the program working, and the fact that I had made 55 cents for opening a few emails, which took maybe 5 minutes. The next day, I checked my email box again, and to my surprise found not a single email from them. The next few days were the same story: NOTHING. I have now been a part of the program for just under a week, and have only received the initial 11 emails. That means I went through all this work, and will be lucky if I earn ONE DOLLAR the entire month at this rate, and they won't send a check until you have earned $10, so if I am lucky I might earn $10 in a year! I have heard reports of people getting only one email per week, which is MUCH different than the examples given on their website. This is a very deceptive program.
The concept for sendmoreinfo.com is really sound, unfortunately, they don't actually follow through to make this concept worth a minute of your time. My advice? DON'T BOTHER WITH SENDMOREINFO!
