I had purchased one of these CD RW drives last year and I was thoroughly appalled by it's performance. I have a pretty good knowledge of prior preparations before burning a CD, so I know it wasn't because I didn't know what I was doing. This hunk of junk cost me several failed burns in just the first week of using it. And since most stores charge a repackaging fee when returning an item, i didn't get my full money back. Bottom line, don't buy it. Don't be convinced by its low price. I was suckered in, and I paid the price.
