Pros:Comes in colors, sleeker, detachable pen holder, USB option
Cons:None!
If you are looking for a digital, wireless pen than definatly, Go with a Wacom!
I bought my first tablet at a computer show, for around $160.00. I hadnt tried a tablet before, and had no idea that the one I bought was pretty junky. The pen required batteries, was hard to install, and the performance was gappy and slow.
Enter Wacom's PenPartner. For less than $100.00 I got a Wacom and was utterly amazed at how smooth and easy these tablets are to use! What's even better, is I can still use my mouse with the tablet. It has a great hookup system which makes it easy to use one, the other, or both!
A few months ago, a friend bought me a purple tablet from Wacom's new line of Graphire's. It delivers the same wonderful performance, only it is a bit sleeker in design and the pen holder is detachable. It also comes with a wireless mouse with scroll button. And just like with my PenPartner, I can still use my traditional mouse! The other great thing about this graphics tablet, is it now also comes in a USB port model.
