With the introduction of many broadband internet services around Australia, many people are left in the dark. Be it that they cant get cable or adsl because of its ridicuosly high pricing, or it just isnt available in their area. Many people are forced to use their dialup modems for perhaps another year, or two.
Dingoblue provides the best internet soloution for these people.
The Quality
Dingoblue provides a service which is substantially fast and reliable. I have been online for over 12 days and have downloaded more then 3 gigabytes of stuff without even a minor hiccup.
Only once have i recieved a engaged signal in a year of dingobluing. This is a substantial improvment on every other internet service prodvider i have used in Australia.
The Pricing
Dingoblue offers only 2 pricing plans, both of which are very reasonable. Firstly, both pricing plans are completely unlimited, that means no hourly rate or set amount of hours, no disconnects after 4 hours and no limit on the amount of data you can download. The pricing options you have are 25 dollars a month or 45 dollars a month. But beware, you can only have the 25 dollar pricing plan if you preselect dingoblue for your long distance and international telephone carriers. Dingoblue also provides very competitive rates for these.
The Customer Service
Dingoblue is aimed at Internet "savvy" customers who are expeirenced with the internet however the 3 or 4 times i have had to call the service center, they have been very helpful, fixed my problem and answered my call within 2 minutes.
Dingoblue provide an excellant service to Australians and I would recommend them to anyone who needs fast and unlimited dialup internet access.
