As soon as i saw this scanner at the store i knew that it would be different than all of the rest of the other scanners that i have previously tried. I have purchased 3 other scanners and the problem is that they don't come with the same qualities that it says it does. The Expression 636 was a completely different thing.
All of the other scanners they that they have fast, high-quality speed and produce a very sharp, crisp picture, but the truth is that they dont. But when i purchased this scanner i was in for a shock. It was extremely easy to set up with the complete help instructions.
Then when i set it up i test scaned my first picture. I was so amazed witht he quality of the picture and the speed that it scaned at. It was truly a shock to me becuase i was used to all of the other scaners that were peices of junk.
I purchased this scaner for $170.00. And i think that it is worth ever penny of it. I highly reccommend this scanner to ever person who wants a high-quality scanner that is very affordable.
